Rǐlběp Yiz Birěkhka (/ˈrɪlbɛp/ /jiz/ [patient] [floor]) is a subtropical Town located in Fö Weëfoklek Parish, Sktkrmmepo District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Rǐlběp Yiz Birěkhka is derived from the Constructi language, as Rǐlběp Yiz Birěkhka was founded by Trêg̈m Tshënkê, who was culturaly Constructi.
